Get a Head Start on a Graduate Degree

Students on the hilltop have a unique opportunity to start earning a graduate degree from St. Edward’s through our Accelerated Graduate Pathways program. Earn two degrees in five years, and save money on tuition! 

To qualify for an Accelerated Graduate Pathway, you must be enrolled in a St. Edward’s University undergraduate program that feeds into a specific graduate program. See the list of eligible programs and more information about Accelerated Graduate Pathways (AGP)

File Your FAFSA Today

Completing the FAFSA opens up the possibility for you to receive federal aid toward your education and potentially reducing your student debt! Submit your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) before the March 1, 2025, priority deadline. Questions about completing the FAFSA? Stop by Student Financial Services Monday–Friday, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. (Main Building, Room 204), or schedule an appointment with your Financial Aid Counselor

Academic Support Services Help You Excel

Take advantage of your free academic support services on the hilltop. Need help in a challenging class? Sign up for online 24/7 tutoring or attend in–person or Zoom Supplemental Instruction sessions. Math and writing support are available through the Math Lab and Writing Center, and the staff at Munday Library can help with your research needs.

Full-Time & Part-Time Job Fair

Join us in Mabee Ballrooms on February 27 from 1:00 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. for the Full-Time & Part-Time Job Fair. This fair is open to students seeking part-time jobs, summer work, and full-time career opportunities. A variety of local and national employers will be there, hiring for both immediate openings and future roles. A mix of local and national employers will be in attendance, hiring for immediate openings and future roles. 

Career Treks
Last semester, students had the opportunity to visit Circuit of the Americas, Google, SXSW and AT&T Stadium to learn about what it's like to work there and how they could make that their future, either as interns during their time on the hilltop or as full-time employees after graduation.

Spring and Fall 2025 Housing

Living on campus brings you closer to your Hilltop family, as well as all the campus resources, support services, and activities. If you're not currently living on campus, contact Residence Life to learn more.

It’s never too early to start planning for Fall 2025 campus housing selection. If you have questions, be sure to review our online housing sign-up process. If you're considering living off campus during your freshman or sophomore year, remember to complete the housing exemption request form in the housing portal.
 

Join a Themed Community 
Living in the Honors community or RICH (Residential Inclusive Community Housing) themed housing can get you even more connected to your campus experience from the jump! For interest in Honors, contact admit@photographywaltz.com and for RICH, contact diversity@photographywaltz.com.

It is time to register for Convocation 2025, taking place February 24–26 on the campus of St. Edward’s University! We look forward to welcoming you for the largest annual gathering of Holy Cross educators, with participants from across the country and around the world. This year’s Convocation, themed "Crossing Borders of Every Sort," promises to be an unforgettable experience, with over 300 members of the Holy Cross family coming together to celebrate our shared mission and purpose. Attention upcoming graduates—it’s time for GradFest, your one-stop shop for all things commencement! At this event, you can purchase your regalia, take graduation portraits, order invitations, pick up academic or affinity group cords, and much more!

Hillfest and Ring Ceremony

On Friday, March 28 join us for Hillfest and our Ring Ceremony! These events are filled with attractions including carnival rides and games, food trucks, a live DJ and more! It is FREE to the students, families, friends, faculty/staff, alumni and the St. Ed's community.
